Grade Mobile services are really good. Unfortunately two improvisation suggestion i can suggest - If mobile, spl iPhone, if they are repaired for any work then it should be classed accordingly and not just put same under refurb title. Secondly, as landline on website doesnt work, then it should be removed as people like me dont waste time trying to reach in desperate situation. Rest you all are very professional.

Great service to recycle old devices
Very easy to send my device for valuation to them. I was provided with the packaging and the postage label so I didn’t need to worry about postage costs. The valuation provided was lower than what I was quoted but it did explain why this was, the battery on my device was below the standards and needs replacing.I still had a better quote than other companies offered so this is still better for me to accept. I also love how simple the portal is to use and it’s very clear.My order number was 268699 for confirmation.

This is the first time I have used Grade to sell a phone. I have to say I was very pleased with the service. I was kept informed via the portal, and I actually got more for my phone than the original offer.I would say possibly the packaging could have arrived quicker, and perhaps more bubble wrap, as I actually double wrapped my phone in extra bubble wrap as I did not think what I received was enough protection for the phone.I have received a message from Grade to leave a review and receive a small gesture Although I have done this I would comment the gesture in no way influenced my thoughts on GradeFrom the customer service I experienced I would have no hesitation in recommending Grade to any friends.Simpson Brown

Nervous about refurbished, but very pleased with my phone!
I was a bit nervous about purchasing a refurbished phone, but decided to go for it. I ordered a Samsung S24 classed 'excellent' on Friday lunchtime. Next day I received an excellent phone in excellent condition with excellent dispatch and delivery! The packaging was also excellent, particularly as it's designed to go through the letterbox! I'm also impressed by Grades communication; I made a mistake whilst placing the order(my fault entirely) and got an order confirmation without my billing/delivery address. I immediately sent an email and all was sorted very quickly. Based on my experience I would very much recommend Grade Mobile.

No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
Absolutely, we welcome your old device(s). Head over to our recycling site or select the device during checkout.
We are so confident with our device refurbishments, we offer a free 12 month warranty as standard.
