I ordered an iphone 13 (refurbished) from grade mobile and I think it was the best decision made. When my package came, it came with leaflets from grade mobile and a letter from them with a return label in case i want ti return it. I have never gotten such things from other phone companies plus the phone works great, no issues what so ever.

No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
Absolutely, we welcome your old device(s). Head over to our recycling site or select the device during checkout.
We are so confident with our device refurbishments, we offer a free 12 month warranty as standard.
If your not happy with the device for any reason, we have a 30 day return policy, so you can return your device free of charge.
