The company was founded in 2014 by Owain as a teenager. With birthday money from his grandparents, Owain purchased a broken iPod touch and a new screen. This was our first refurbished device!
We are now an official U.K. mobile network with offices in U.K. & France, a market leading mobile phone recycler and an FCA approved firm!

No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
Absolutely, we welcome your old device(s). Head over to our recycling site or select the device during checkout.
We are so confident with our device refurbishments, we offer a free 12 month warranty as standard.
If your not happy with the device for any reason, we have a 30 day return policy, so you can return your device free of charge.
