Replacement under warranty, went well
I bought an S22 Ultra in July 2025. It came quickly, I was happy with it. In February 26 something happened to cause the phone to loop through the reboot, maybe a software update or conflict with an app, but whatever, when it ran out of charge, recharged, it wouldn't switch on again. I contacted GRADE MOBILE and they told me how to send it to them, free of charge, and now, 6 days later, a replacement phone has arrived and is great. Very good service.

No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
Absolutely, we welcome your old device(s). Head over to our recycling site or select the device during checkout.
We are so confident with our device refurbishments, we offer a free 12 month warranty as standard.
If your not happy with the device for any reason, we have a 30 day return policy, so you can return your device free of charge.
